I see therapy as an opportunity to thoughtfully, nonjudgmentally explore and grow. I appreciate the courage that engaging in therapy takes and consider it an honor to work with and be guided by the client.
I bring a person-centered, holistic, culturally-sensitive approach to therapeutic work, valuing each person’s unique experience and environmental factors. I draw on a variety of approaches and incorporate mindfulness into sessions.
While my clinical interests include wellness, mindfulness, youth, and parenting, I look forward to supporting the diverse journeys of clients.
