I believe therapy to be collaborative, and I strive to cultivate a safe, warm environment wherein each client feels comfortable enough to actively engage. I enjoy working with children and adolescents and helping them make personal breakthroughs. I have previous experience working with individuals to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, academics, and familial concerns.
