Therapy does not look the same for everyone, and there is no right or wrong way to do therapy. As your therapist, it’s my job to meet you where you are in your life and support you through your struggles. You are the expert on yourself and your life, and there are many factors that can affect your overall wellbeing (e.g., environmental stressors, physical wellness, spiritual concerns). It is my goal to tailor our sessions to fit you and your needs.

My areas of interest include working with children through young adults who are experiencing concerns with autism, ADHD, anxiety, life changes, chronic pain/illness, and personal identity. In addition, I enjoy teaching grounding and relaxation/regulation techniques, as well as incorporating them into sessions.

I am currently earning a master’s degree in counseling psychology with two holistic health specialties in health & wellness coaching, and resiliency and centering skills from Western Michigan university.

I am working as a therapist at Meredith Psychological and Testing Services, LLC, where I am under the direct supervision of Dr. Julie Meredith-Davis.
