Katrina Basel, MA, TMLP

To create a safe space to be vulnerable, I strive to be authentic and to collaborate with clients to meet their needs. I further strive to focus on identifying client strengths to build self-confidence and resiliency. In every session, I hope to bring a culturally competent, flexible, and trauma-informed approach. I am also passionate about creating a safe, shame-free space for individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I have previous experience utilizing a cognitive-behavioral approach with those experiencing anxiety. I am further interested in working with adults with concerns of anxiety, depression, or ADHD.

I am currently working towards my Master of Arts in counseling psychology at Western Michigan University.

I am working as an intern at Meredith Psychological & Testing Services, LLC, where I am under the direct supervision of Dr. Julie Meredith Davis. To schedule an appointment, please call the main office at 269-459-1818.
