Jasmine Patterson, Kalamazoo

Finding someone you are comfortable being vulnerable with can be a challenge. I believe that effective therapy is grounded in a genuine and collaborative relationship between therapist and client. This is why I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment, free from judgement for my clients to explore their thoughts, behaviors, desires, and any other important aspects we might find. I consider a client’s culture, identity, and world-view when developing a treatment plan.

I enjoy working with people varying in ages, identities, and life experiences. My areas of special interest include people with marginalized ethnic & racial identities as well as individuals who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community.

I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Dillard University and am currently earning my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Western Michigan University.

I am currently working as an intern at Meredith Psychological & Testing Services, LLC, where I am under the direct supervision of Dr. Julie Meredith Davis. To schedule an appointment, please call the main office at 269-459-1818.
