At any given point, circumstances of life can become so overwhelming that logic and emotion become confused. This confusion can lead to overwhelming psychological problems that result in a loss of clarity and direction in life. It’s how we handle the never-ending changes life throws our way that determines our level of inner peace. Unfortunately, people often get stuck and are unable to adapt to life’s circumstances due to past trauma, unresolved losses, addiction, relationship problems, fear, and/or depression, among many other possibilities. People take back control of their life by reconsidering and modifying how they perceive and interact within their world.

I use a variety of straightforward counseling techniques to empower individuals to easily open up and safely explore their conscious and subconscious perspectives and emotions. By discovering personal resilience, innate personal value, and direction in life, people regain control and get back to living a fulfilling life.

I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I have over 23 years of experience working in a variety of clinical and mental health settings. These opportunities have provided me with experience serving a diverse group of individuals who have faced an assortment of life challenges.
