As a therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental space for my clients so vulnerability and change can occur. I integrate a combination of Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to provide a holistic approach to healing, tailoring the therapeutic relationship to each unique individual.
I have experience with adults and adolescents who have been impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidality, life transitions and relational difficulties. I work with people of all cultures and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I earned a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University in 2024 and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University in 2020. I am a Temporary Master’s Limited Psychologist (TMLP) in the state of Michigan. As a TMLP, I receive ongoing supervision from a fully licensed psychologist, Dr. Julie Meredith Davis.
