It is just as normal to feel nervous at times, as it is for our moods to change in response to situations. When our nervousness begins to fuel fear and worry that fills much of our day, we may begin to experience physical reactions such as racing heartbeats, stomachaches, headaches, sweating, etc. Similarly, with our mood, we may find that sadness, hopelessness, or even loss of interest in things we used to enjoy may linger for some time. When these symptoms continue, we can experience significant changes in our thoughts, actions, and interactions.

The therapists at MPTS strive to help you find the strength within yourself to best navigate your symptoms. We approach sessions collaboratively and holistically to help discover the most appropriate treatment plan for you.
