Sarah has been working in the field since 2009. With a firm belief in the transformative power of therapy, Sarah aims to help her clients empower themselves towards improved well-being. Her dedication to understanding the human mind fuels her commitment to her clients’ emotional growth and resilience. Central to Sarah’s approach is the creation of a nonjudgmental space where active listening fosters a strong therapeutic alliance. She values client feedback, collaboratively working towards their goals while offering effective therapeutic strategies.
Her practice is enriched by her open-minded, empathetic personality and drive to learn and innovate. She treats a range of issues, including depression, mood and personality disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and works extensively with multicultural populations, gender identity issues, and the LBGTQI2+ community.
Sarah is currently a doctoral candidate at the Michigan School of Psychology and is a Temporary Master’s Limited Psychologist (TMLP). She is also serving as an intern with Meredith Psychological & Testing Services and is under the direct supervision of Dr. Julie Meredith Davis.
