Letesia Fox, MA, TLLP

Letetsia has been working in the field for over 2 years. Letetsia has also spent the past 4 years working with geriatric populations and has received yearly trainings to work with individuals with dementia and age-related memory loss. Letetsia believes that it is important to understand the thoughts of individuals and how the feelings and emotions related to those thoughts can affect one’s behavior. This why Letetsia strives to foster a solid working alliance with her clients and, in this way, can serve as a conduit for clients as they work toward self-awareness and, ultimately, personal change and growth.

Letetsia earned her master’s degree from Western Michigan University. She is currently enrolled in the doctoral counseling psychology program at Western Michigan University. Her education and training emphasize developmental, social, and behavioral aspects. Letetsia also believes in taking a holistic approach when working with clients and believes that each individual should be seen as a whole person. Letetsia’s private practice experience includes work with adults, adolescents, racial/ethnic minorities, and sexual minorities. Letetsia has experience working with individuals facing anxiety and depression, bariatric concerns, and individuals dealing with grief and loss.

Letetsia is licensed as a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP) in the state of Michigan. As a TLLP, Letetsia receives ongoing supervision from a fully licensed psychologist, Julie Meredith Davis, Ph.D., LP.
