“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” ~ Maya Angelou

The daily living of life can sometimes be overwhelming. In these times, having someone to listen and talk to can provide comfort that is needed. I believe that for therapy to work there must be a strong trusting relationship between therapist and client. This is why, in my work, I strive to help create the space where you feel safe enough and comfortable enough to explore the concerns that are causing you distress.

I have been working in the field since 2005. In that time, I have worked with a wonderfully diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who have been dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, trauma, etc. I have also worked with psychological testing, which I found incredibly fascinating. I understand that, often times, the challenges we face in our present are being propelled by something we learned from our past. This is why I strive to learn about your unique lived experiences, for in this way, we can explore your areas of concern through your lens that has been formed through your various experiences.

I am a Master’s Limited Psychologist (MLP) in the state of Michigan. As such, I am under the direct supervision of Julie M. Davis, PhD, LP.
