Breeyn Maxwell, MA, LPC

Breeyn Maxwell strives to create a safe and warm environment wherein the client and she can form a positive rapport and working alliance. Breeyn recognizes that, in differing ways, past experiences influence present choices.

Breeyn’s approaches therapy as a relationship. For her, it is important to incorporate interpersonal strategies that can help those struggling in any facet of life reach a stronger awareness of self. She is also mindful of the global impact of culture, and as such, she can adapt to the unique cultural expectations held by her clients. Together, Breeyn and her clients tackle life challenges. Breeyn’s private practice includes working with a diverse population of older children, adolescents, and adults struggling with mood-related issues, family dynamics, relationships, difficult life circumstances, and drug and alcohol addiction.

Breeyn received her Master of Arts in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University and is currently a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC). As an LLPC, Breeyn receives ongoing supervision from a fully licensed psychologist, Julie Meredith Davis, Ph.D., LP.
